Recruiting Trips
Recruiting new industries and investment in the Bluegrass Region is always a key priority. We participate in regional recruiting trips with the Bluegrass Alliance and other key partners such Greater Louisville Inc., Northern Kentucky Tri-ED, the Kentucky Cabinet for Economic Development, and Kentucky Utilities Co.

Our marketing efforts include attending select trade shows and special events, such as the Biotechnology Industry Organization and Medical Device industry shows. Commerce Lexington also markets the area via direct mail to clients and consultants. We also place advertising in select site selection publications, the Keeneland program, and the Kentucky Alumni magazine.
Finally, we emphasize strategic economic development partnerships with the University of Kentucky & Coldstream Research Campus, as well as the Kentucky Cabinet for Economic Development. We also actively market, manage and advance the development of the Blue Grass Business Park.
